1.1 Definition of the Platform
"khx8" or "Platform" refers to the khx8.cam website, all its pages, gaming services, promotional offers, and all related activities. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on and/or using the platform.
1.2 Nature of the Service
khx8 is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides various gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These include slots, live casino, sports betting (particularly cricket), and other gaming options. Specific rules may apply to each service.
1.3 Language and Communication

2 Account Registration
2.1 Single Account
Each individual may create only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicion, khx8 reserves the right to conduct a verification process and may suspend or close accounts as necessary.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Password Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Verification Process
khx8 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested in the event of a withdrawal request or security concern. Transactions may be delayed until verification is complete.
3 Age Limit and Eligibility
3.1 Minimum Age
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the khx8 platform. No person under the age of 21 may register or participate in any game on this platform. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.
Government-issued identification may be requested at any time for age verification purposes. If registration occurs in violation of the age requirement, the account will be cancelled and all balances will be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules

- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited

- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met to withdraw this bonus. That is, the bonus funds can only be withdrawn after placing bets totalling 25 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
For example: if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. The bonus funds become withdrawable after placing bets totalling 25 times ৳4,000, which equals ৳100,000.
5.2 VIP and Cashback Program
khx8 has three VIP tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 1.0% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 1.5% cashback per week
It is possible to gradually progress to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Using multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits, using a VPN or proxy, or participating in any coordinated scheme is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
khx8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by the game developers, which ensures the impartiality of results.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are clearly displayed in the game lobby. Betting limits may differ when using bonus funds. It will not be possible to place bets outside the set limits.
6.3 Technical Errors
The result of a game may be voided or delayed due to a technical problem or server outage. In such circumstances, bets placed will be returned. If an unreasonably large amount is displayed due to a technical error, that result will be considered void.
6.4 Internet Disconnection
The user bears full responsibility for any internet disconnection during a game. In the case of live casino or sports betting, if a bet is in progress at the time of disconnection, the official record will be considered final.
7 Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are completely prohibited on the khx8 platform:
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Using or accessing another person's account
- Hacking or introducing malware of any kind into the platform's software
- Fraudulent collusion with other players or against the platform
- Exploiting systematic advantages to circumvent bonus terms
- Registering using a fake identity or another person's identity
- Playing using automated bots or software
7.2 Consequences
If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
8 Account Suspension
8.1 Closure at the User's Request

8.2 Closure by the Platform
khx8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or security concerns.
8.3 Inactive Account Policy
If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as "inactive". In this case, a notice will be sent to the registered email address. If the user does not respond within the following 30 days, an administrative fee may be deducted.
9 Limitation of Liability
9.1 Liability for Financial Loss
Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries inherent financial risk. You are placing bets voluntarily and of your own accord — khx8 is not liable for any financial loss arising from gaming. You are strongly advised not to bet beyond your means.
9.2 Technical Liability
khx8 is not liable for any disruption caused by internet outages, third-party software errors, banking or mobile payment network issues, or similar events. However, we will always endeavour to resolve issues promptly.
9.3 Third-Party Game Providers
Game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft have their own rules and terms. khx8's liability for issues on their platforms is limited. However, our support team will assist with mediation on any complaint.
